Christopher Picard is an electrical engineer, with experience in SCADA design, and utility power generation.  He has designed, and constructed several commercial and residential projects over the years, including the transformation of a convent into a 20 unit condominium complex.  Chris served in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years and got out as a Staff Sergeant.
